In addition to concurrently offering basic courses, ultrasound hemodynamics training courses, nursing courses, and intensive transesophageal ultrasound training courses, this training course also opened the first international basic ultrasound training course, basic ultrasound application specifications and quality control training courses. A complete success.

This training is still adhering to the quality and small class of the CCUSG training class. The core lecturers of the CCUSG team are used to teach critical ultrasound skills, critical concepts, and standardized clinical applications of critical ultrasound, from basic ultrasound cardiopulmonary applications to hemodynamics, From intensive transesophageal ultrasound specifications, to quality control, to nursing applications, from theoretical knowledge to remote case discussions and clinical applications, the classes are rich and benefit a lot. And with the publication of the "Consensus on the Clinical Application of Critical Transesophageal Ultrasound in China (2019)" and a monograph, another course reformation and update of the Critical Transesophageal Ultrasound Training Course was also conducted.

The first international basic training course on Critical Ultrasound is based on the basics of Critical Cardiopulmonary Ultrasound and CCUE. The trainers will teach in English after more than a month of preparation. During the training, the senior resident Maxwell Diddams from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill visited the intensive ultrasound team of the Department of Critical Medicine, West China Hospital of Sichuan University. His main academic and research direction was clinical applications related to intensive ultrasound. Therefore, Max was invited to participate in the training course of the first international basic training course in Chengdu Station on December 14th and 15th, exchange experiences with the core secretary group of the Chinese Critical Ultrasound Research Group (CCUSG) and take a group photo. During the exchange, Max said that the content of the intensive ultrasound training courses in China and the American intensive ultrasound training courses have many similarities. Everyone is in common in concept, and the American intensive ultrasound training courses will have a relatively smooth learning curve. . The high recognition of domestic critical ultrasound education and training model was expressed.

In these years of rapid growth of critical ultrasound, the quality control of critical ultrasound and how to use critical ultrasound to standardize and quality control critical care has become increasingly important. Therefore, the basic application specifications and quality control training courses for the first time in this training course are designed to cultivate the following capabilities of intensive physicians: 1. Have the ability to control image quality and avoid image traps; 2. Can choose correctly according to different clinical problems Examination plan and evaluation process to correctly interpret critical information for critical illness; 3. Ability to standardize diagnosis and treatment of several basic diagnosis and treatment items with the aid of critical ultrasound. 4. Trained qualified doctors can provide technical guidance and quality control to the undergraduate room and even the region. A total of more than 20 critical physicians at all levels with experience in basic ultrasound and clinical application of critical ultrasound participated in the training and gave high praise.

CCUSG has developed critical ultrasound from scratch across the country. This result has brought together the efforts and sweat of too many people. We firmly believe that with our unremitting efforts, more critical care professionals will be able to master critical ultrasound and let Critical ultrasound is accompanied by the advancement of critical medicine. I sincerely thank every colleague for your company, and welcome more colleagues to join CCUSG to focus on cooperation and share the future family!

More than 20 students were recruited in the basic ultrasound application specification and quality control training course. The course design is based on the "Technical Specifications for Clinical Application of Critical Ultrasound", focusing on the evaluation of the cardiopulmonary oxygen transport organs, combined with a representative programmatic examination And process-based evaluation and analysis as examples, and carried out in-depth training to enable students to acquire comprehensive information acquisition capabilities and improve the accuracy and efficiency of treatment.
